Swaraj, who is known to respond quick to SOS messages on Twitter, reacted similarly to a request of on change.org, an online stage for social change, and sent the passport authorities to the couple for help.


The couple – Rallapalli Rama Subba Rao and Subbalakshmi – from Nellore in Andhra Pradesh was thrilled when authorities of the passport office came on their door today to enable their diffrently abled girls get their passports at their home.


Rao, a resigned tehsildar, filed a request on change.org yesterday about the situation of his polio-subsidiary little girls and their trouble in showing up at the passport office. The Union minister, accordingly, the previous evening tweeted, "I have gone through your appeal. We will help" and looked for his personal details.


Accordingly, authorities from the RPO reached the couple at their home while the area Special Branch police excessively finished the important customs. 

The couple, which dealt with the two little girls for more than 40 years, now needed to send them to the care of their siblings settled abroad and, thus, the requirement for passports. "We are excited that Sushma Swaraj ji reacted to our appeal. We are deeply thankful to her for offering assistance in getting our little girls' Passports," Rao said. Travel permit authorities have now reached us and taken the points of interest, he said.
